摘    要:雷达冷板由冷板基体和盖板焊接形成,内部流道狭长,流道清洁度和底部孔口加工精度要求较高。对冷板流道的流场进行仿真,确认冷板和盖板焊接后流道内局部流速较低,流场紊乱,存在旋涡现象,多余物很难完全通过水压冲洗排出。以多余物防控为目的,对雷达冷板流道加工工艺进行了改进,将流道底部孔口加工安排在盖板焊接前,防止加工孔口时引入多余物,加工完成后加装工艺堵头,然后再加工其余特征。实践结果表明,采用改进后的加工工艺,雷达冷板流道内部清洁度得到明显改善,并且焊接热量不会对已加工好的底部孔口精度产生影响。

Improvement of Processing Technology of Fluid Flow Channel of Radar Refrigeration Board for Excessive Substance Prevention and Control
Abstract:The radar refrigeration board is formed by welding the refrigeration board body and cover plate together.The internal fluid flow channel is narrow and long,the cleanliness of the fluid flow channel and the processing accuracy of the bottom orifice are very high.The flow field of the refrigeration board channel was simulated.It is confirmed that after welding the refrigeration board and cover plate together,the local velocity in the fluid flow channel is low.The flow field is disordered and a vortex phenomenon is observed.The excessive substance is difficult to be completely discharged through hydraulic flushing.In order to reduce the excessive substance,the processing technology of the radar refrigeration board was improved.The processing of the bottom orifice of the fluid flow channel is arranged before the welding of cover plate to prevent the introduction of the excessive substance.After the processing is completed,the technological plug is added,and the other features are processed subsequently.The experiment shows that the internal cleanliness of the radar refrigeration board is significantly improved by application of the improved processing technology,and the welding heat will not affect the accuracy of the machined bottom orifice.
