镧标准溶液配制不确定度的评定

摘    要:配制100μg/mL镧标准溶液,对配制过程不确定度来源进行分析评定,确定其主要不确定度分量来源于基准物质的称量和标准溶液定容过程。合成了相对标准不确定度,扩展因子k取2,扩展不确定度为0.11μg/mL。对镧标准溶液的均匀性做出分析,实验数据表明,所配制的标准溶液均匀性良好。

Abstract:The 100 μg/mL lanthanum standard solution was prepared, and uncertainty sources of preparation process were analyzed to assess and determine the main source of uncertainty components, which were benchmark material weighing and standard solution constant volume process. The relative standard uncertainty was synthesized, the expanded factor k was 2, and the expanded uncertainty was 0. 11 μg/mL. The uniformity of lanthanum standard solution was analyzed, and the experimental data showed that the uniformity of the standard solution was good.
