绝缘诊断经济有效性的评价方法概述

摘    要:绝缘诊断不仅可以降低设备的故障率,还能够延长部分设备的使用年限,减小设备更新投资,但诊断本身也会导致一定费用。为更好评价诊断的经济可行性,介绍了评价绝缘诊断经济性的若干方法及其评价结果,并分析了各评价方法的适用条件。分析指出:利用剩余寿命分布进行计算的方法难以实用;通过加速老化实验进行绝缘诊断经济评价时,其评价结果的准确性将依赖于对绝缘故障率的准确判断;通过实际数据统计进行评价时,需要更为详细的数据收集。因各种评价结果表明现有的一些诊断方法可能并不具有经济可行性,因此仍然需要进一步研究绝缘老化机理、开发更准确的寿命诊断方法。

Abstract:This paper introduces three existing assessment methods and their evaluation results,and discusses the feasibility and accuracy of each method.It is argued that the assessment method based on residual lifetime is difficult for practical application.Moreover,the reliability of the life-cycle-cost assessment based on accelerating degradation experiment is related to the accurate evaluation on the annual failure probability and distribution of the measurement parameter in the accelerating-degradation experiment.As to the method based on actual data investigation,accurate assessment will be based on the comparative investigations on a large number of apparatus with diagnosis and those without diagnosis.Because the existing evaluation results suggest that present diagnosis method may not be feasible in economics,fundamental researches are still necessary to understand the aging mechanism,so as to develop diagnosis method and improve their efficiency.
