| 摘 要： | 探讨了经销商如何以通用办公软件EXCEL为研究工具，利用季节比率法分析历史的销售数据，从中发现饮料市场的季节变化规律和发展趋势，并用它来预测未来各季节、月份的市场可能需求，以便企业适时调整经营方针，实行JIT库存管理策略，降低库存量，提高流动资金的营运效率。

| Abstract: | In the paper, it＇s discussed for dealers how to use the office software EXCEL as a tool of study and analyze historical sale data by the season rate method, so as to find out the seasonal variation law and development trend of the beverage market and predict the possible demands of market for every season or month in the future. It can help enterprises adjust operation policies in good time, implement JIT stock control tactics, reduce volume of stock, and improve the operation efficiency of circulating fund. |
