LTCC无源滤波器的研究现状及进展

摘    要:低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)技术是实现微波组件小型化、轻量化、高性能和高可靠的有效方法。首先通过多芯片组件技术(MCM)引出了低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)技术及其应用,接着介绍了LTCC无源滤波器的基本原理和设计方法,分析了目前国内外LTCC无源滤波器的研究概况,并列举了一些典型的应用,最后展望了LTCC无源滤波器的发展前景。基于LTCC的三维集成微波组件在雷达和通讯等技术领域具有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:A low temperature co-fired ceramic(LTCC) technology is a effective method to realize miniaturization,lightweight,high performance and high reliability of microwave modules.The LTCC technology and applications are introduced firstly based on MCM technology.Then,the basic principle and design method of LTCC passive filters are discussed.The status of LTCC passive filters is also analyzed,and some typical applications are given.Finally,the future prospects of LTCC passive filters are presented.There is a wide ...
