摘    要:列车轴承损伤是危及列车运行安全的主要原因之一。如何准确测量损伤大小是高速和重载列车发展中必须首要解决的关键检测问题。现提出一种新的用声学共振解调技术在线检测列车轴承损伤的测量方法,可以实现列车轴承损伤定量在线测量。测量系统主要由声传感器、数据采集系统、共振解调电路及信号处理等部分组成。实验表明可较好的检测出列车轴承损伤的情况。

Abstract:The damage of a train bearing is a main cause that endangers the safety of a moving train. How to measure the size of the damage is the key problem that needs to solve in the developing of high speed or burden trains. This paper presents a new measuring method of on-line detecting the damage of a train bearing with the acousti resonance demodulation technology, which can realize the on-line ration measuring of a train bearing damage. This measuring system is composed of sound sensors, data collecting system, resonance demodulation circuit and signal processing, etc. The spot experiment shows that the result is satisfied when detecting the damage of a train bearing.
