坦克炮塔信息检测传输仪的设计

摘    要:坦克炮塔设备使用信息的检测和传输是一难点技术,通过对坦克全车电路和炮塔旋转联结器的分析,采用单片机和双音频编解码技术,复用车内通话器线路,成功地将炮塔信息传输到全车记录仪,达到了对炮塔设备使用的实时监控。实践证明,这是在不改装备前提下实现通讯的有效办法。同时也阐述了检测仪硬件、软件的设计及其防低温措施。

Abstract:It is relatively difficult to test & transmit tank turret's running information. Under analysis of the tank circuit and turret's revolving link-machine, adopting single chip microcomputer control system and DTMF coding & decoding technology, duplicating tank communication circuit, data are successfully transmitted to the tank information-recording device,so as to achieve the goal of real-time controlling of tank turret's equipments. Under the condition that the present structure and characteristics are not changed, it has been proved practically that this method of communication is efficient. At the same time,hardware & software design and anti-low temperature method of the test & transmit information apparatus are presented.
