| Abstract: | The middle and small scale paper mills( share 80 % of Guangdong paper mills) play an important role in Guandong paper industry. With development of economy and entry of WTO,Joint venture and foreign capital large paper mills will be built in Guangdong. How to face to the situation is discussed in this paper. |
