| 摘 要： | 阐述了防灾公园的规划原则,即各种避难场所统筹规划、与城市总体规划等的整合、原有普通公园改造等。认为防灾公园的规划程序应包括调查分析、场地选择、避难人口的统计、防灾设施的安排、绘制平面图,制定防灾植被规划等。 |
