摘    要:通过热动力学分析、理论计算和试验,确定在碱性条件下用NaCIO作氧化剂,Na2S和FeSO4作还原剂处理混合电镀废水的工艺流程,并通过计算和试验确定了Na2S和FeSO4的最佳药剂比为:Na2S80%~90%,FeSO410%~20%。Na2S FeSO4比单独使用FeSO4少产生60%~70%的污泥。该工艺在实际工程运行过程中效果良好。

Abstract:The technological process for the disposal of mixed electroplating wastewater under alkaline condition was chosen by thermodynamic analysis, throretical calculation, and experiment investigation. In this process, NaClO was chosen as oxidant, Na_2S and FeSO_4 as reducer. And also by theoretical calculation and experiment investigation, the optimal radio of Na_2S to FeSO_4 as: Na_2S 80-90 per cent, FeSO_4 10-20 per cent was detemined. Using Na_2S as oxidant can reduce sludge quantity by 60-70 per cent in comparison with using FeSO_4 only. A practical real project by this technology has already gotten better results.
