| 摘 要： | 介绍2×0．30ST钢丝帘线的开发及产品性能。超高强度钢丝帘线生产必须使用各项性能很高的盘条；2×0．30ST钢丝帘线生产需在2×0．30HT钢丝帘线生产工艺基础上对热处理工艺和细拉工艺进行调整。经工艺调整并严把原料质量，生产的2×0．30ST钢丝帘线符合指标要求。

| Abstract: | The properties of 2 ×0. 30ST steel cord was introduced. Production of super high strength steel cord needs wire rod with high performance. The processing technology of 2 × 0.30STsteel cord made improvement on the heat-treatment and drawing of 2 × 0.30HT steel cord. The performance of 2 × 0.30ST steel cord met the requirement of criteria. |
