基于ARM的印刷机高精度进墨控制系统

摘    要:随着印刷行业的发展,要求用于印刷机的进墨系统实现高精度定位。提出了进墨系统步进式的高精度控制,给出了该系统的机械结构、控制电路设计、上位机以及相关通信协议的设计。详细介绍了步进控制实现的方法,并通过实验得到3.6°的精度,从而改进了旧设备的控制方法,达到了工业生产的需要,满足了现代大型印刷的要求。
