摘    要:水力旋流器结构简单,广泛地应用于各工业部门,影响水力旋流器性能的因素很多,但结构参数是影响水力旋流器性能的关键因素.本文对水力旋流器结构参数变化对其处理能力、分流比、浓缩倍数等影响作了全面的试验研究.为水力旋流器的设计、制造提供参考.

Abstract:Hydrocyclone is an important separatory equipment,it has simple structure,and has been applied in many fields.Many factors have effect on separatory performance of hydrocyclone,however,structure parameters of hydrocyclone are key factors to separatory performance of hydrocyclone.Variations of structure parameters of hydrocyclone affecting production,ratio of diffluence,ratio of concentrate of hydrocyclone were studied comprehensively in this paper.The experimental result can provide guidance for engineering design of hydrocyclone.
