| 摘 要： | 应用多元统计分析中的R型聚类分析和Q型聚类分析对教师一次教学质量测评的评价指标体系和被评教师评价结果进行了分析和排序,为测评指标的修改和完善,为评价结果的科学分析提供依据,对提高教学管理水平和教学质量具有一定的指导意义。

| Abstract: | In this paper,a system of teaching quality evaluation is analyzed,and a sequence to the evaluated teachers is given according to the R-cluster analysis and Q-cluster analysis of multivariate statistical analysis.The analysis gives a basis to revise the evaluation system,and to analyze the evaluation result scientifically.It has much significance not only to improve teaching management,but also to raise teaching quality. |
