稀土永磁体辅助金属带传动的磁场力分析

摘    要:稀土永磁体辅助金属带传动时,间隔分布在带轮上面的永磁体会对金属带产生周期变化的激励,这种周期变化的激励会使金属带发生横向振动,对带传动极为不利.本文利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对这种变化的磁场力进行分析,并建立了力学模型.本文的研究结论可对稀土永磁体辅助金属带的横向振动进行校核,为该类型带传动的合理设计提供理论依据.

Abstract:For the rotation of the metal belt transmission with rare-earth permanent magnets,the discrete magnets on the belt roller impose on the metal belt a periodic excitation.This excitation can cause transverse vibration of the belt that is mostly adverse for the metal belt transmission.The magnetic force is analysed by the finite element analysis software ANSYS,and the mechanical model is given.The transverse vibration of the metal belt transmission with rare-earth permanent magnets can be checked by the research result and theoretical support for the appropriate design of this kind of metal belt transmission is provided.
