| 摘 要： | 用户供电可靠性直接关系并反映电网规划、设计、运行及管理水平等各个方面.供电可靠性评估及其决策支持体系的建立是全面提高供电企业可靠性管理水平的必然趋势.本文构建了从供电可靠性评估到决策支持的体系,并基于广州城区电网的实际数据对整个评估及决策支持体系进行分析.分析结果表明,该体系的建立具有较好的工程实际应用价值. |
