不同破壁方法处理后花粉水溶性维生素含量的测定

摘    要:
使用机械法、复合酶法、复合酶加超声渡法对茶花粉进行破壁处理,采用反向高效液相色谱法检测花粉浸提液中水溶性Vc和VB6含量,以评价不同破壁方法对营养成分的释放程度,判断不同方法间营养成分的损失状况,为进一步探索经济、高效的花粉破壁方法提供理论依据。结果表明,在各种破壁方法中,复合酶破壁法较为温和,对营养成分破坏小,优于其他方法,其花粉提取液中水溶性维生素含量最高。

Abstract:
Camellia pollen were treated by mechanical method, mixed enzymes, mixed enzymes and ultrasonic method respectively. The content of water-soluble vitamin c and VB6 were detected by RP-HPLC, which to estimate the losing of nutrition between different methods. The results showed that the mixed-enzyme treatment is a mild method. The content in distilled liquid of pollen by mixed enzyme treatment is high.
