摘    要:
以固体超强酸S2O82-/TiO2 ZrO2为催化剂合成了柠檬酸三丁酯,考察了催化剂制备条件对催化活性的影响,以及酸醇摩尔比、反应时间、催化剂用量诸因素对酯化率的影响。实验表明:S2O82-/TiO2 ZrO2具有良好的催化活性。在0.5mol/L(NH4)2S2O8溶液中浸渍TiO2 ZrO2,过滤后于500℃下焙烧3h,得到的催化剂活性最高;当酸醇摩尔比为1∶4,反应时间为3h,催化剂用量为反应物总量的1.5%时,酯化率可达98.5%以上。

Abstract:
Tributyl citrate was synthesized using solid superacid S_2O_8~(2-)/TiO_2-ZrO_2 as catalyst. The effects of preparation condition of catalyst on catalytic activity and the effects of the mole ratio of acid to alcohol, amount of catalyst S_2O_8~(2-)/TiO_2-ZrO_2 and reaction time on the esterification yield were studied. Experiment results showed that the catalyst have high catalytic activity for the esterification reaction and impregenating with 0.5 mol/L (NH_4)_2S_2O_8 and calcinate 3h at 500℃.Catalytic activity of catalyst was highest. It was founded that the esterification yield could may up to 98.5% when mole ratio of acid to alcohol is 1∶4, reaction time is 3 h and amount of S_2O_8~(2-)/TiO_2-ZrO_2 is 1.5% of reactant.
