EBSD取向成像技术在研究冷轧工业纯镍再结晶形核中的应用

摘    要:本文采用电子背散射衍射(EBSD)技术对大形变冷轧工业纯镍经过低温退火后部分再结晶的显微组织与显微织构进行了定量表征,利用取向成像技术(OIM)对再结晶晶粒与基体之间的位向关系进行了研究。结果表明,低温退火条件下,再结晶晶粒在具有较高储存能的LGBs和LBs结构中出现,再结晶晶粒形核取向呈随机分布,并不具有所谓“取向形核”;利用EBSD方法对形变金属再结晶形核取向关系的研究具有较好的统计性。

Abstract:EBSD technology was used to characterize the microstructure and microtexture of pure nickel,which was heavily cold-rolled and followed by annealing at low temperature.Deformed microstructure and recrystallization nuclei were reconstructed by the method of OIM,and their crystallization orientation relationship was studied respectively.The result showed that the orientations of the recrystallized nuclei are random distributed.There is no orientated nuclei phenomenal exist in this material and situation.Good s...
