摘    要:介绍了机房专用空调常用的两种快速除湿方法—“降风量法”和“降蒸发面积法,”并通过理论计算分析和对实际机组进行试验,详细地比较了这两种方法快速除湿时的制冷量和除湿量的差异,根据前面试验结果具体地指出了两种方法在实际快速除湿应用时的优点和缺陷。最终认为“降风量法”在各种性能方面都具有优选性,而“降蒸发面积法”应用时一定要注意蒸发器夹角以及冷凝水管管径大小的控制。

Abstract:Two fast dehumidification methods which are reducing air rate and reducing evaporation area used in computer-room air-conditioner are introduced.The differences of refrigerating and dehumidifying capacity are presented in detail by theoretical calculating and dehumidifying test in a prototype.Their advantages and faults are pointed out in actual fast dehumidifying use concretely according to the test results.At last,reducing air rate method can be selected firstly in use in all performances.The evaporator intersection angle and the condensate pipe size choices should be paid more attention when using reducing evaporation area method.
