催化裂化汽油铜片腐蚀影响因素的研究

摘    要:从催化裂化汽油的精制工艺入手,分析了造成汽油铜片腐蚀不合格的原因,对汽油中的活性硫化物如元素硫、硫化氢等进行了深入研究,并对如何避免汽油铜片腐蚀的发生提出了建议。研究表明:催化裂化稳定汽油中的硫化氢气体、元素硫和硫醇是引起铜片腐蚀的主要物质;催化裂化装置有时出现的汽油铜片腐蚀不合格是由其循环碱液引起的。

Abstract:On the basis of FCC gasoline treatment processes,the causes of off-specification of copper corrosion test of gasoline were analyzed,and the differences in sulfur distribution in FCC gasoline with different corrosivities were investigated.The active sulfides,elemental sulfur and H_2S in gasoline were studied in detail.Measures to control copper corrosion were recommended.The study shows that elemental sulfur and mercaptan are the major substances responsible for off-specification of copper coupon corrosion.T...
