我国水能资源开发利用的机遇与挑战

我国水能资源理论蕴藏量和技术可开发装机容量居世界首位。水能是清洁可再生能源,在保护环境的基础上,积极有序开发水电是我国能源建设的基本方针。我国水能资源开发利用面临发展机遇和严峻挑战,要科学合理和适度有序开发水能资源;切实做好移民安置工作,让移民分享开发水能的效益;要加强科研、精心设计、精心施工,攻关解决水利水电工程建设中的技术难题,建成设计先进合理、安全可靠,施工质量优良的工程,攀登水利水电科技高峰。

Development and utilization of hydropower resources in China: Opportunity and challenges

Both the theoretical potential and the technically-developed installed capacity of hydropower resources in China rank the first in the world.Since hydropower is a clean renewable energy,its development in a positive and orderly manner is the basic guideline of energy construction in China on the basis of protecting the environment against pollution.Since the development and utilization of hydropower resources in China is facing some good opportunities and serious challenges,we should develop the hydropower resources in a scientific and reasonable manner,do the resettlement work earnestly to let the relocatee share the benefits from hydropower developing,and highlight the scientific research,design and construct the hydroprojects painstakingly,organize technical strengths to solve some engineering roadblocks in the construction of water resources and hydropower projects so as to build projects with an advanced and reasonable design,a reliable safety and a high quality construction and to ascend the heights of water resources and hydropower science and technology.
