摘    要:随着基础设施建设的日益发展,我国不少地区天然砂资源逐渐短缺,甚至出现无砂可用的状况,混凝土用砂供需矛盾尤为突出,应用机制砂完全替代天然砂生产混凝土已势在必行。本文通过试验研究了配合比设计参数(水灰比、砂率、胶凝材料用量、机制砂的级配与细度模数及含粉量等)对全机制砂混凝土性能的影响。

Abstract:With the increasing development of the construction of infrastructure,the natural sand resource is gradually running out in most areas of China and even has run out in some places.On the other hand,the contradictions between supplies and demands of sand is especially crucial.Therefore,it is absolutely necessary to use the sand wholly made by machines to replace the natural sand in the production of concrete.Based on some experiments,this thesis studies that how the mix proportion design parameters(water-cement ratio,sand ratio,the amount of cementitious materials and powder,gradation of sand made by machines,fineness modulus,and etc.) affect the nature and function of concrete mixed with sand wholly made by machines.
