摘    要:
为了解镀铬板的初始腐蚀机制,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线能量色散谱仪(EDS)和X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)研究了分别在25℃和40℃的3.5%NaCl溶液中浸泡不同时间后镀铬板的腐蚀形貌和组成.结果表明:镀铬板腐蚀优先发生在缺陷处,这是由于缺陷处粗糙度较大,容易吸附大量氯离子.镀铬板表面钝化膜主要由Cr2O3...

Abstract:
In order to understand the initial corrosion mechanism of tin-free steel,the corrosion morphology and composition of tin-free steel after being immersed in 3.5%NaCl solution at 25℃ and 40℃ respectively for different time were studied using scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometer(EDS),and X-ray photoelectron spectroscope(XPS).The results showed that the corrosion occurred firstly at the defects of tin-free steel where the roughness was high and lots of chloride ions could be absorbed easily.The passive film on tin-free steel surface was mainly composed of Cr2O3,Cr(OH)3,and metallic chromium.After being immersed in 3.5%NaCl solution,FeO and Fe2O3were the primary oxides on the surface of tin-free steel.The divalent Fe converted to the trivalent Fe gradually with the extending of immersion time.
