摘    要:
论述了电机谐波的危害,低谐波绕组的原理,对优化单双层绕组进行了谐波分析与计算,并举例进行了说明,有力地证明了优化单双层绕组是一种低谐波绕组,能最大限度地减少磁势谐波的幅值,从而改善磁势波形,降低杂散损耗,可使铁心缩短,节约材料,提高电机效率。

Abstract:
This paper discusses the Harm to harmonic of motor, the principle of low harmonic winding, analyzes and calculates the harmonic of optimized single or double-layer windings, and illustrates it by the example and proves that the optimized single- or double-layer winding is low harmonic windings which can reduce the max. value of harmonic of magnetic potential in a large scale. Thus the magnetic potential waveform can be improved, the stray losses reduced, the core shortened, the material saved and the motor efficiency improved.
