| 摘 要： | 用醇解后的马来松香与乙二醇制备了线性马来松香乙二醇酯,探讨了其在中性环境下的最佳施胶条件,研究了抄纸过程中化学添加剂对线性马来松香乙二醇酯施胶剂施胶效果的影响。线性马来松香乙二醇酯施胶最佳pH值为6.5,施胶条件的适宜配比为:硫酸铝2.0%(对绝干浆),CPAM 0.04%、线性马来松香乙二醇酯施胶剂1.5%、阳离子淀粉2.0%。此条件下手抄片施胶度可达到78 s。pH值为6.5时,合成的线性马来松香乙二醇酯具有很好的施胶效果,达到中性施胶要求。

| Abstract: | The linear Malay rosin glycol ester was prepared.The effect of chemical additives on the sizing results of linear Malay rosin glycol ester showed that the optimal pH was 6.5,and the ratio of reagents was: Al2(SO4)3 2.0%,CPAM 0.04%,linear Malay rosin glycol ester 1.5%,and cationic starch 2.0%.The sizing degree of handsheet could reach 78 s under such conditions,indicating good sizing results using as neutral sizing agent. |
