低品位磷钾矿与磷酸共浸提取磷和钾工艺研究

摘    要:用反浮选法预处理磷钾矿,使得磷和钾的品位得到一定程度提高.建立磷钾矿与磷酸共浸反应体系,将低温磷酸酸解反应与中温离子交换反应分开进行,考察了影响该体系钾溶出率的各种因素.用过0.074mm标准筛的磷钾矿为原料,最适宜反应条件为:酸解反应温度80℃,反应时间5 d,磷酸(24.56%)用量12 mL(/3 g磷钾矿);离...
