摘    要:利用ANSYS Workbench对某210 t转炉整体模型的三种极限工况进行有限元分析,得到转炉系统的应力分布和总变形,同时得到连接装置各个零部件的应力分布,找出零部件的最大应力值及所处位置,并结合有限元计算结果对各个零部件进行强度校核.结果表明连接装置的强度满足要求。

Abstract:Based on finite element analysis on the whole model of a 210 t converter under its three extreme working conditions by ANSYS Workbench, the stress distribution and total deformation of the converter system and the stress distribution of all the parts of connection equipment are obtained, the maximum stress and its position are found out for the parts, and the strength is checked for the parts referring to the finite element calculation results. The results indicate that the connection equipment meets the requirement for strength.
