含硫原油加工装备腐蚀防护措施研究

随着我国炼制进口高含硫原油数量的逐年增多,原油加工装备的防腐蚀必将成为炼油化工企业保障安全生产、减少环境污染、提高经济效益的重要手段。含硫原油加工过程中主要存在4种不同的腐蚀环境,并由此造成生产装置设备的严重腐蚀。分析了硫腐蚀的机理和腐蚀特点,介绍了相应原油加工装备和重点装置的腐蚀防护措施以及目前国内外先进的表面防腐蚀处理技术。指出炼油装置设备腐蚀防护的重点是注重工艺腐蚀、合理选择耐腐蚀材料与加强表面防护。

Protection Technology Research of Petroleum Processing Equipment Corrosion for Sulphur Crude Oil

As the amount of high-sulphur crude oil importing for oil refining increased year by year in our country,the anti-corrosion protection for crude oil processing equipment could act as an important method to protect the production safety,reduce environmental pollution,and improve economic efficiency.There are four kinds of different corrosive environment in the petroleum processing of crude oil with corrosive sulphur,which could result in serious corrosion of equipment.This paper analyzed the corrosion character and mechanism of corrosive sulfur,introduced the corresponding corrosion protection technology for the refining equipment,and showed the current foreign advanced anti-corrosion surface protection technology.The paper also indicated the key point of the refining equipment on corrosion protection,which is reasonable choice of corrosion-resistant materials and the protective surface.
