摘    要:设计了一套2.5 V/18 kA低电压大电流的开关电源系统。通过对各种功率变换器主电路及几种成熟的高频整流电路进行分析比较,并与实际情况相结合,选择全桥电路作为功率变换器的逆变电路,选择全波整流为高频整流方案。良好的反馈控制方式是高精度输出和快速动态响应的有效保证。通过分析,选择电流反馈环为外环的双闭环控制。最后由电源样机输出的测试波形可知,输出电压、电流的纹波与设计值相差不大,同时针对电源系统输出中不满足设计要求的原因,提出了改进方法。

Abstract:A power supply with 2.5 V/18 kA low voltage and large current is designed.Considered the actual situation and the analysis and comparison between the basic topological structures of a variety of power converters and several high-frequency rectifiers,the full-bridge converter and the full wave rectifier for the power converter are selected.A good feedback controller can ensure accurate output and fast dynamic responses,thus the double-loop control method is selected for the current feedback loop,which is outer loop.Finally,it can be seen from the test results,which is obtained by measuring power prototype,that the output voltage and current meet the require-ments.However,some parts of the output in the power system can not meet the requirements,the reasons are analyzed,and improved meth-ods are put forward.
