摘    要:介绍了一种在工业现场实时监控电机绕组浸渍绝缘漆后烘干过程的原理和实现方法。该方法利用对绝缘漆的介质系数进行实时监测、处理,能对漆膜烘干程度作出准确的判断和对电机部件在烘房中所需时间进行控制。从而有效地避免了烘漆时间过程引起的产品质量问题和烘漆时间过长所造成的电能浪费。

Abstract:The principle and realization of a new monitoring method is introduced in this paper, which can be used in electrical machine manufactory process of insulating varnish baking after impregnation. To measure the dielectric dissipating factors of the varnish we can judge the dry degree of the varnish and determine the baking time exactly in real time. And thus the high quality products are produced with no wast of baking energy.
