| 摘 要： | 电力安监部门要求定期测试剩余电流动作保护器(RCD)的动作特性,准确评价RCD的状态。在分析RCD的故障模式及其原因的基础上,对各种状态信息量进行分析比较,提出了基于模糊综合评判法的RCD状态评价方法。该方法综合考虑反映RCD运行状态的各种状态信息,统筹状态评价中主观、客观因素。应用实例表明,该方法能有效评价RCD的状态。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the fault mode of residual current operated protective device （RCD） and its causes, various state information was analyzed and compared. A state evaluation method of RCD based on fuzzy AHP was proposed. The method comprehensively considered various state information which reflects the operating state of RCD, co-ordinating the subjective and objective factors in the evaluation. The application example shows that the method can effectively evaluate the state of RCD. |
