摘    要:提出了一种新型的零电压零电流谐振极型软开关逆变器。在主功率器件开通和关断时,实现零电压和零电流,减小了电路损耗。同时,续流二极管的反向恢复损耗被降低到最小,辅助开关也实现了零电流开关。对其工作原理进行了分析,给出了不同工作模式下的等效电路图。制作了一个1 k W的试验样机,结果验证了该软开关逆变器的有效性。

Abstract:A novel zero-voltage and zero-current resonant pole soft-switching inverter was proposed to achieve zero-vohage and zero-current simultaneously, during main power devices turn-on and turn-off. Therefore, turn-on capacitive losses can be reduced for devices where the intrinsic capacitor value can not he neglected. Additionally losses caused by the tail current can also he reduced ,when IGBTs are used as main switches. The commutations of the main power devices occur truly without losses. Furthermore ,reverse recovery losses of main diodes are minimized ,and auxiliary switches commutate at zero current. The equivalent circuits at different operation modes and the analysis of the circuit were presented. A lkW laboratory prototype has been built. Experimental results were proposed to confirm the validity of soft-switching inverter presented.
