| 摘 要： | 化工企业物资管理在企业发展中的战略定位,各节点的控制、衔接,管理的模式方法直接关系企业的效益和资金周转效率。目前化工企业生产装置的大型化、现代化、单系列、技术密集、远程控制的特点要求转变观念,创新企业物资管理模式,供应链各部门职责定位准确、物资编码清晰、计划性强、协调统一、可追溯、严问责,确保企业实现精益化、准时制生产。 |

| Abstract: | The chemical enterprise material management control and cohesion of each node method related directly to enterprise management pattern and the efficiency of capital turnover in the enterprise development strategic positioning. At present, large scale and modern chemical enterprise production device, the characteristics of single series, intense technology, remote control requires changing ideas. The innovative enterprise material management mode is to supply chain departments responsibility accurate positioning, to clear material coding, strong planning, harmonious and unified, traceability, strict accountability, to ensure that enterprises implement the lean and just-in-time production. t |
