摘    要:为了提高剪板机的主动安全性,改善剪板机液压系统的动态性能,在介绍剪板机液压系统工作原理的基础上,AMESim模式下建立了剪板机液压系统的仿真模型。重点研究了插装阀阻尼孔直径和蓄能器预充压力对剪板机主液压缸和压料缸动作性能的影响,以及为了使压料缸的压紧力可控,在压料缸和油泵之间加入一个定值输出减压阀。仿真结果对剪板机液压系统的改进具有一定的指导作用。

Abstract:In order to improve the active safety of plate shear and dynamic performance of its hydraulic system, a simulation model of the hydraulic system is established in AMESim software, and then the influence law of operating characteristics of the master cylinder and the pressure pot of the plate shear, affected by the orifice diameter and maximum accumulator precharge pressure of the cartridge valve, are obtained. In order to obtain the controllable pressure force, we add a reducing valve between cylinder and oil pump, and the simulation results give a guidance for the improvements of plate shear’s hydraulic system.
