液粘传动摩擦副间油膜温度分布特性研究

摘    要:为了研究摩擦副间油膜温度的分布情况,利用Fluent流体仿真软件分别对径向槽和方格槽油膜进行数值模拟仿真,得到了油膜温度云图。通过搭建液粘传动装置实验台,测得径向槽和方格槽摩擦副间油膜的温度分布数据。得出如下结论:随着摩擦片半径的增大,油膜温度也会不断增高;有沟槽区比无沟槽区油膜温度低,说明沟槽可以降低油膜温度。仿真结果与实验结果基本一致,验证了理论分析的可靠性。

Abstract:In order to study the temperature distribution of the oil film between friction pair, numerical simulation of oil film in radial groove and square groove are carried out by using fluid simulation software Fluent and nephograms of oil films are obtained. In addition, data of the temperature of oil film are also acquired in experiments by setting up the platform of the liquid viscosity transmission device. The results indicates that with the increase of the radius of the friction plates, the temperature of the oil film also increases, and the temperature of oil film with groove is lower that the one without groove, which verifies that grooves are the main reason for the temperature falling of oil film. The experimental results coincide well the simulation results in general which validates the reliability of theoretical analysis.
