摘    要:以工业醪塔(丙酮-丁醇)为对象,阐述了如何利用UNIFAC功能团法建立精馏过程的静态数学模型,针对醪塔模型变量多,非线性严重,不易收敛等情况,提出了一种改进的Newton-Raphson法,保证了算法和收敛性和快速性,根据现场操作数据,对模型进行参数辨识和修正,结果表明模型与塔吻合良好,基于该模型建立了可用于工厂实际操作指导的仿真系统,并以节能粮为目标函数,离线优化了操作条件,为工厂提高经济效益提

Abstract:The steady-state modeling of an industrial prefractionator and a simulation system named DISSIMU-I, with vapor-liquid equilibria calculation using UNIFAC group contribution model, is presented in this paper. A new technique is developed to modify the convergence of Newton-Raphson method for the nonlinear multivariable model. The optimal operating conditions are obtained using DISSIMU-I with objective function of energy saving. The scheme of on-line optimal control is also discussed in this paper.
