摘    要:细胞三维结构的观察分析能提供更多细胞显微水平结构和功能的信息。现代显微影像仪器及相关的三维重建等技术是研究细胞三维结构的有力工具。本文概述多种可用于细胞三维结构观察的显微工具,简单介绍其原理、优势、最新技术动态及应用领域等。

Abstract:The observation of three-dimensional structure of cells can provide more cellular information about cell structure and function at micro meter level.Modem microscopic imaging equipments and related technologies have been realized as the important tool in cell 3D structure research.This article reviewed several modem microscopic imaging equipments,briefly introduced the principles,advantages,latest technological developments and applications,respectively.
