| Abstract: | The observation of three-dimensional structure of cells can provide more cellular information about cell structure and function at micro meter level.Modem microscopic imaging equipments and related technologies have been realized as the important tool in cell 3D structure research.This article reviewed several modem microscopic imaging equipments,briefly introduced the principles,advantages,latest technological developments and applications,respectively. |
