摘    要:利用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立离心机转子系统的基本模型,对其进行模态分析,得出四阶固有频率和振型。结果显示,高阶固有振型比低阶对转子系统的振动影响大,固有频率越高其振动越剧烈,对结构影响就明显。

Abstract:This paper has builded the basic model of centrifuge rotor system with the finite element analysis software ANSYS and has performed the model analysis,obtaining the natural frequencies and vibration styles before the fourth step.It shows results from the simulation that the vibration is influenced by more higher nature vibration style than lower nature vibration style.The more nature frequency is higher,the more vibration is obvious,the structure is destroied easily.
