| 摘 要： | 城市生态住区作为居住区建设的主要发展方向,对保护城市生态环境、提高居住环境质量、实现城市住区的可持续发展等目标具有重要的意义。从建筑、城市和可持续发展的关系中寻求生态小区的定义,阐明了绿色住区产生的根源、内涵,探索了生态住区生态环境开发的途径,并从住区的外部环境、内部整体环境以及住宅环境的生态设计等方面进行分析,对其规划设计提出了几点新的设想,探索一种适用于我国的城市生态小区类型。
