谐波光面摩擦传动三波最小传动比的研究

摘    要:用弹性理论推导出了谐波光面摩擦传动三波柔轮的特征曲线方程.根据强度理论,由曲线方程建立了谐波光面摩擦传动三波最小传动比公式,由此得到谐波光面摩擦传动三波最小传动比的设计准则--柔轮半径﹑柔轮壁厚与最小传动比的关系式.分析了影响最小传动比的诸多因素.

Abstract:The feature curve equation of flexspline with three-wave wavegenerator in harmonic smooth friction driving was derived by using elastic theory. According to the strength theory, the minimun drive ratio formula of harmonic smooth friction driving with three-wave wavegenerator was established by the feature curve equation, the criteria for the design of the minimum drive ratio in harmonic smooth friction driving with three-wave wavegenerator, the relation between flexible wheel radius, flexible whee thickness and the minimun drive ratio was obtained. The factors which affect friction driving were analysed.
