高海拔地区330kV输电线路复合绝缘子加装瓷/瓷复合绝缘子方式研究

摘    要:330 kV玉树联网工程频繁发生跳闸故障,给玉树地区的供电可靠性带来了极大的风险,为增强线路外绝缘对复杂气候环境跳闸风险的抵御能力,指导线路外绝缘差异化改造,开展了该项研究。首先在海拔2 254 m和4 200 m地区对330 kV复合绝缘子上下端加装瓷双伞/磁复合绝缘子并安装和取消上下均压环进行工频、雷电、操作间隙击穿试验,研究各种加装方式下间隙击穿电压的提高程度,然后采用Ansoft电场仿真软件及紫外电晕测试,研究安装和取消上下均压环对电场分布的影响。试验结果得出了高海拔地区330 kV复合绝缘子加装一片瓷/磁复合绝缘子时平均放电电压提高程度在3%左右,结合施工难度考虑,绝缘子加装在接地端更有利,同时无法将上均压环安装在新加装绝缘子上端的情况下,拆除上均压环更有利。

Abstract:Cause of the tripping operation always happened in Yushu area from 330 kV Yushu project.It’s a big risk for Yushu area to have a reliability of power supply.On the other hand,in order to improve the defence ability of tripping operation and direct the differential reform of external insulation of lines,we are on this study.This study is a test of installing porcelain double umbrella/magnetic composite insulators and abrogating grading ring,then do power frequency gap discharge,ray wave gap discharge and the operating wave gap discharge test on 2 254 m and 4 200 m area,and also have a study on the level of the breakdown voltage under all kinds of install ways.Then adopt Ansoft electric simulation software and ultraviolet corona test,study the effect of install and abrogate the influence of grading ring up and down on the electric field distribution.The result of the test is that voltage level at around 3%when installing porcelain double umbrella/magnetic composite insulators in 330 kV high altitude.In order to consider the construction difficulty,it is better to install the insulator on the floor.It is also better to dismantle the equalizing ring when it can’t install.
