摘    要:高压直流故障电流限制器(fault current limiter,FCL)是先进超导托卡马克装置系统中用于抑制短路电流,保护中性束注入系统的一种类变压器装置。文中从变压器铁心叠片的涡流损耗特性出发,采用分段线性插值的方法对FCL非线性磁滞回线模型进行优化,推导出非线性激磁电阻与电感的并联模型。通过仿真及实验的对比分析,结果表明优化磁滞回线模型仿真波形与试验结果吻合度高,短路电流抑制效果良好。

Abstract:Fault current limiter(FCL)is a sort of quasi-transformer that inhibits short-circuit current and protect neutral beam injector in the system of the experimental advanced superconducting TOKAMAK(EAST).Starting from the eddy-current loss properties of transformer core disk,this paper adopted the piecewise linear interpolation method to optimize the HVDC FCL non-linear hysteresis loop and derive a nonlinear exciting resistance-inductance parallel model.A comparative analysis of simulation and experimental results indicates the optimized hysteresis loop model’s simulation waveform fits well with the experimental results,and short-circuit current suppression effect is good.
