特高压交流输电线路正常运行对埋地油气管道电磁影响及防护措施研究

摘    要:中国电力和油气输送网络发展迅速,为了研究特高压交流输电线路正常运行时对埋地油气管道电磁影响,针对皖电东送特高压输电线路和川气东输管道进行了建模仿真。结合走廊规划和实际工程参数,采用CDEGS建立了1 000 kV交流输电线路与埋地油气管道交叉和平行的仿真模型。针对输电线路单回运行和双回运行,仿真研究了平行交叉段管道干扰电压及交流电流密度分布,并给出了应用固态去耦合器的裸铜带敷设的防护措施,降低管道交流干扰电压。结果表明:输电线路正常运行时,油气管道会产生中度交流腐蚀影响;管道应用固态去耦合器与裸铜带接地,能够有效降低管道干扰电压,并较小交流腐蚀的可能性。该研究成果对特高压输电工程和油气管道的安全运行具有重要的实际工程价值,并可为相关工程设计提供一定参考。

Abstract:To reveal the electromagnetic effect from UHV AC transmission line on buried oil/gas pipeline,modeling and simulations are conducted for the oil/gas pipeline of the natural gas transmission project from Sichuan Province to eastern region and the UHV transmission line of the power transfer project from Anhui Province to eastern region.According to the engineering parameters and common corridor design,computational models of the 1 000 kV transmission line and the berried oil/gas pipeline in respective cross arrangement and parallel arrangement are established using the software CDEGS.Then the interfering voltage and AC current density distributions on the pipeline are calculated in the conditions of single-circuit operation and double-circuit operation of the transmission line.And AC corrosion protection of the pipeline by applying solid-state decoupler with bare copper belt is given to reduce the interfering voltage on the pipeline.The results show that the pipeline will suffer moderate AC corrosion in normal operation of the transmission line,and the possibility of pipeline’s AC corrosion and the interfering voltage can be effectively reduced by grounding pipeline via bare copper belt and solid-state decoupler.This research may be helpful for safe operation of UHV transmission line and oil/gas pipeline,and may provide a reference for design of relative engineering.
