化工离心泵的新结构研究

摘    要:分析了化工离心泵使用中常见的故障是轴封和轴承问题以及故障产生手原因,提出了改进的结构措施,设计径向吸液室、低压轴封结构可实现完全不泄漏;设计扩压配环形压液室结构可消除作用在叶轮转子上的任何推力,从而改善了轴封和轴承的工作条件,大大提高了泵运的可靠性和使用寿命。

Abstract:Several surveys have shown that shaft sealing and bearing breakdown are encountered frequently during the chemical pump operating. The articale analyses the reasons of the breakdowns, and then put out the innovative approach of the chemical process pump design to solve such problems. Radial suction chamber and low pressure shaft seal are designed to realize pump to be leakproof totally. The design of a guide vane diffuser fitted with a circular diffuser flow channel is used to eliminate any side thrust on the shaft. Thus, not only the working conditions of sealing and bearing are improved obviously but also prolong the life of operating pump and make running of a pump much more reliable.
