| 摘 要： | 目前一般的GTEM(吉赫兹横电磁波)小室大都用于EMS(电磁抗扰度)测试,而针对于EMI(电磁干扰)测试的尚不多见.介绍了一种既可用于EMS测试又可用于EMI测试,且还可用于高频电路辐射机理诊断的多功能GTEM小室,给出了该GTEM小室的结构设计方法和测量原理,阐述了利用该GTEM进行高频电路辐射机理诊断的实现方法.GTEM小室设计方案采用的是多极矩模型实现,可将近场测量结果转换为标准远场测量结果(如电波暗室或开域场).此外,利用该GTEM小室以及近场电磁场探头和频谱分析仪对被测设备进行近场测量,即可得出被测设备的辐射机理测量结果.
