地球化学样品中微量锗的分析进展

摘    要:对地质样品中微量和痕量锗的分析方法进行了综述, 介绍了酸溶和碱熔的前处理方法、分离与富集方法以及锗的测定方法, 包括极谱法、石墨炉原子吸收光谱法、原子荧光光谱法、电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法和电感耦合等离子体质谱法, 并对锗的分离和分析方法进行了展望。

Abstract:A review of the analytical methods for micro and trace germanium in geological samples was given.The sample pretreatment methods including acid dissolution and alkali fusion, the separation and enrichment methods, the determination methods for germanium, including polarography, graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry, atomic fluorescence spectrometry, inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry were introduced, and the prospect of the separation and analysis methods for germanium was discussed.
