浅谈冬期负温混凝土的施工

摘    要:根据《建筑工程冬期施工规程》(JGJ/T104-2011)的规定,当室外平均气温连续五天稳定低于5℃时,建筑工程施工即进入冬期施工.由于混凝土外加剂应用技术的日益完善、规范,加之既有防冻,又有早强、减水、引气等多种功能的复合防冻剂在工程上的成功使用,使混凝土结构工程在冬季负温下连续浇注成为现实.而掺防冻剂的负温混凝土因其施工技术简便、养护条件简单,已成为建筑业混凝土结构工程冬期施工的首选.但由于临近年终出现的"抢工期"和对负温混凝土施工特点和技术要求的不重视,因气温变化或拆模偏早造成结构混凝土受冻或楼层板混凝土裂缝的质量缺陷也常有发生,给结构安全使用或外观质量留下缺陷,应引起重视并采取措施加以克服.

Abstract:According to the“″Winter Construction Regulations”(JGJ/T104-2011),when average out-door temperature is under 5 ℃ continuously for five days,building construction enters into winter construction.With the increasingly improved and standardized application technology of concrete admixture,together with the successful application of compound antifreeze with the functions of antifreeze,early strength,less water,and air entraining,the continuous casting in concrete struc-tural engineering has become reality in negative temperature in winter.Because of its simple con-struction technique,easy curing conditions,the negative-temperature concrete mixed with anti-freeze has become the preferred alternative in the structural engineering construction of concrete in winter.However,due to“rush period”and ignorance of the technical requirements appearing at the end of a year,such quality defects as frozen structural concrete and concrete cracks in floor plate caused by early form removal often occur,which may influence the structural safety and ap-pearance quality.Therefore,attention should be paid and measures should be taken to overcome these problems.
