| 摘 要： | 基于云南省相关统计数据.采用主成分分析法(PCA)对云南省各州市水资源承栽能力进行评价和排序,并分析大旱形成的原因.针对云南省水资源利用中存在的问题,提出了合理化建议及有效的防治措施.

| Abstract: | Based on relative statistical data,the method of principal components analysis is applied to evaluate water resources carrying capacity of cities in Yunnan Province.And then the causes of great drought are analyzed.Finally,some feasible measures and suggestions are proposed to solve the problem of water resources utilization in Yunnan Province. |
