高功率激光器性能的模糊综合评判

摘    要:高功率激光器工作状态的好坏通过激光器的性能参数反映出来,利用模糊综合评判法对测得参数的相关数据进行处理,然后对被测高功率激光器装备性能做出综合评估,会大大提高评判结果的可信度。文中结合高功率激光器性能测试与评估系统的设计,介绍了模糊综合评判法的原理及其数学模型的建立,阐述了该模型在高功率激光器性能测试与评估系统中的应用。

Abstract:The parameters of lasers reflect the operation status of the lasers.The credibility and reliability of the evaluation can be greatly enhanced by introducing Fuzzy Integrated Evaluation method to process the relevant parameters and data,and finally,to arrive at the overall integrated evaluation of the high power laser equipment.This paper introduces the prin-ciple of Fuzzy Integrated Evaluation and the establishment of mathematic models,together with the high power lasers per-formance test and evaluation system design,expounds the practical application of the model in high power lasers perform-ance test and evaluation system.
